Rebellion: Training & Formations

This thread shall contain the following things.

*Discuss the possible ideas of the Training and Formations to be used by the SpecForce.
*Shall contain pictures and text.
*To draft a proposal to propose the Training and Formations to the Consuls.
*To put with the others drafts in the other threads to bring together the Rebellions major draft.

"In both the Alliance and Empire Special Forces candidates have already endured basic and specialist training. Once selected for Special Forces training the candidate goes through another advanced round of drop-camp training. Although the trainees are taught necessary skills, the main purpose of this training is to weed out those who lack the drive to suceed in their missions. Standards are very high in every area, and failure rates are equally high. A large portion of Alliance regulars are failed SpecForce candidates however failure in the entrance program carries no stigma - washing out of a Special Forces program is far less serious than failure on the front lines. Simply being accepted to a special forces program is the mark of a superior soldier."

Fundamental SpecForce training exercises include;

- Two months in weapon drills of Blasters, Slugthrowers, Heavy Weaponry and Hand Weapons.
- Numerous deployment simulations.
- Overland marches.
- Stealth drills.
- Drop ship deployments.
- Lectures on Military History, Theory and Practice.
- Live fire drills.
- Failure rigged reenactments.
- War games.
