Proposal Etiquette [Read this before Proposing]

For the sake of clarity from now on all proposal threads may only be replied to by Consuls and the member who makes the proposal.

This is purely to keep those threads as short and as concise as possible, if the consuls feel not enough information has been included with the proposal they may decide to pass judgement on the proposal, in such a scenario a seperate thread should be made for the purpose of discussion on the proposals subject matter.

If you are proposing something to the consuls. The proposer is taking responsibility for the action proposed. No none will complete your proposals for you.
